A Different Approach To Bedding Construction
Traditional bedding is made by stitching multiple layers of fabric together. While this creates softness and breathability, it also introduces seams and needle holes — natural pathways through which fluids, allergens, and microorganisms can pass. SleepAngel takes a different approach.
Each product is built around a continuous protective barrier, integrated into the sleeping surface and sealed using heat rather than stitching.
Heat Sealed Construction
Instead of needle-and-thread seams, SleepAngel bedding uses ultrasonic sealing.
This process bonds materials together using high-frequency sound waves, creating a continuous, sealed edge without puncturing the barrier layer. The result is a surface with no stitching holes and no contamination pathways.
This sealing method is commonly used in environments where hygiene integrity is critical, such as medical and controlled-use applications.
